FIFTEEN MINUTE BREAK May 22, 2003

Freedom is nearly in sight. Of course, I've been busying at home to trying to script the final few pages of the third act of the DEPOSIT MAN AND THE LAST GREAT GATE OF MORTALITY while taping all the season finales of all my favorite network shows. But starting next week, I'm going to use this journal to start writing some personal stories that are seriously intended to inflict psychological damage. Stories going into the dark recesses of my mind. Things that make up a scarred life. I'm taking about next week for the entire five weeks, I'm going to recount my five favorite memories of growing up with a evil egostical meglomaniac step-father during each Fifteen Minute Break.

It's been hectic lately. The release of Matrix Reloaded is keeping out heads in a breathless container of raising water in paper work - and not to mention it's May Sweeps. But we getting rewarded tomorrow when the studio closes down at noon tomorrow. If nothing is happening tomorrow morning, I'll probably post something here just to get back into the groove of things.

FIFTEEN MINUTE BREAK May 19, 2003

The last week of May Sweeps and I'm lazier than shit. It' s always like this with me. I get so caught up in the cliffhangers of my favorite shows that I lack any motivation in in my writing responsiblities. It's the same thing with November and February sweeps. My whole entire has always revolved around a television set. Last year, I started a new thing with taping all my shows during the week and then watching them over the weekends. I thought it would work out okay- but then I found out by switching on my computer, it causes electrical interference with the tv while I'm typing away on a script. And the programs come out all icky since I'm too cheap to afford cable, so I have to rely on the old antennae on the roof trick.

So, basically I'm not in the mood to talk about anything. Hence the frequent absences. So once these shows have run their course this weekend, I'll be in a mood to pound away. Also, I'm pretty miffed that I got gagged on a forum for a such a petty trival reason.
